高中的时候虽然物理总是学不好，但为了免受硬着头皮背历史之苦，偶还是选择了理科。于是理所当然的人文社科的底蕴很不深厚，对历史、思想史、哲学史这些东东看的都很少，但偶学的是经济呀，学习社会科学焉有不通旧学之理？偶现在越来越认识到学这类东东还是颇有益处的。在古人的基础上我们才会找到立足和突破点，也才会找到和发出自己的声音。想来，这对任何一个人都应该是非常重要的。

汪丁丁曾讲：“历史告诉我们永远都不要低估观念的力量。德国诗人海涅就曾经警告法国人，不要低估观念的力量：一位教授在他宁静的书房里孕育出来的哲学观念，可能毁灭一个文明。海涅认为康德的巨著《纯粹理性批判》是一把处决了欧洲'自然神论'的宝剑；卢梭的著作在罗伯斯庇尔的手中，变成一种沾满血渍的武器，卢梭对公共意志的过分强调，最终变成了罗伯斯庇尔对公共意志的伤害。海涅还预言，有朝一日，费希特及谢林的浪漫信仰，将由他们狂热的德国信徒，转用于抵拒西方的自由文化，因而产生可怕的效果。历史不幸而被言中，纳粹意识形态的思想资源有相当部分来自费希特及谢林。
学习这些“史”并不等同于高中时代的记忆，在那些纷繁的事件与思想中，找到自己的声音，形成自己的观点也许更重要。还记得我们的历史书上讲述的太平天国革命吗？说它是一次伟大的反封建反侵略的农民战争。可是马克思又是怎样评价的呢——“除了改朝换代以外，他们没有给自己提出任何任务……给予民众的惊慌比给予老统治者们的惊慌还要厉害，他们的全部使命，好像仅仅是用丑恶万状的破坏与停滞对立。显然，太平天国就是中国人的幻想所描绘的那个魔鬼的化身，而这类魔鬼是停滞的社会生活的产物”。两者的差别自不必再赘述了。

有些时候自己也很想去了解那些“史”，但总是在有些喧闹和漂浮的生活中轻易就找到了不理会它们的借口。也许真的是该去翻一翻这类书，好好学习一下了……

美好，温暖，爱，信任，etc

今天又一次看到了那篇网上流传了很久的文章：《给所有早熟敏感的孩子》，有些话再一次深深触动了我——“妹妹，我要你相信温暖，美好，信任，尊严，坚强这些老掉牙的字眼。”“不是因为在象牙塔中，才说出我爱世界这样的话。是知道外面的黑，脏，丑陋之后，还要说出这样的话。”“妹妹，好好去爱，去生活。青春如此短暂，不要叹老。偶尔可以停下来休息，但是别蹲下来张望。走过一条路的时候，记得别回头看。”“做人存几分天真童心，对朋友保持一些侠义之情。”“要快乐，要开朗，要坚韧，要温暖。这和性格无关。”

不禁想起了正在播出的电视剧《生命的颜色》，讲述了艾滋病人的生命故事。（总以为那是离自己太遥远也太残酷的一个话题。）它着力突出了两个女孩的生命历程。柳柳是在外科手术后大出血时输入有问题的血液而染上艾滋病的，而和柳柳同租一屋的颜倪也因和她接触而不幸感染。在一个女人最青春最美丽的时候，生活和她们开了这样一个天大的玩笑，悲伤、痛苦、泪水……但她们最终选择了面对与承受。我还不知道故事的结局，我只是希望她们可以活下来，因为她们还要好好去爱，好好去生活，她们值得拥有这个世界更多的温暖。

我们总是很想知道将来是什么样子的，可是生活偏偏没有彩排就把我们匆匆的推向前台，一切都要去经历才知道，which is a hybrid of happiness and grief.很多时候，在事情发生的时候我们还没有学会如何去面对。于是，会有幸运，会有感激，也会有遗憾和伤感。待我们慢慢成长，慢慢懂得更多、拥有更多的时候，转过身，发现也许很多事情都已改变，即使真实的生活不是我们曾经编织的童话的演绎，只要能且行且珍惜就好。经历过成长后的坦然与豁达会使我们更懂自己的心，更懂得什么是自己想要的，更懂得如何去找寻自己的幸福。

相信温暖、美好、信任，相信爱，我们爱世界，世界也会爱我们！

今天在一个论坛上看到的，觉得说的好对.两地相爱，或者你爱的那个人不在身边,总是会有很多的痛苦,虽然也有幸福的恋人.未来是有很多路要走的,太多的不确定，太多的不安,还有眼前的相思之苦...朋友的男友说:无论将来有多少路要走，我们都要坚信彼此的感情，一定不要放弃好吗?她哭了,我也流泪了.一直相信且行且珍惜，愿每个人都拥有所爱......
常常觉得，谈恋爱的人就像小孩子一样
要宠著哄著，要时时陪伴，更要无微不至
还记得吗？在我们很小的时候
只要看不见妈妈，就会因为不安而大哭起来
其实，妈妈只是不在我们的眼前
我们只因为眼前看不见，所以就认为妈妈不见了
认为妈妈不见了的同时，也以为妈妈不爱我们了
恋爱，不就跟那时的我们很像吗
在被拥抱的时候，听对方说情话的时候
手牵手逛街的时候，我们都觉得对方是百分之百地爱著我们
可是，就从道了再见，关上家门的那一刻起
内心悬念，因为见不到，担心对方有没有想念我们
听不到，见不到的我们，忧虑对方会不忠於我们
只因为不在我们身边，我们就以为爱会不见
却不知道，不在身边的他，不等於不爱你
很多事情，看不到不等於不存在
我想，很多人在年轻的时候，都会很热衷於工作
也有很多人的工作，属於长期需要超时工作的状态
对这些人的恋人来说，也许觉得心爱的人常常无法照顾自己
可对那些人来说也是相同的，心爱的人常常不在身边
不管因为什麽原因无法见面或分隔两地
真心相爱的两个人，内心所感受的寂寞与不安会是相同的
吃到好吃的东西时，看到美丽的景物时，都会希望和他分享
他不在身边的时候，你不也抱著这样的心情在爱他吗
为何，就不能相信他也和你一样呢？你说是吗
我们常常怀疑自己明明条件不差
为什麽偏偏没有另一半
而那些不那麽漂亮不那麽可爱不那麽幽默的人
反而拥有令人羡慕的感情,为什麽呢……..
我想….是因为….我们都太小心太谨慎太不敢去爱了吧…
我们将自己的感情包装的好好的不让对方发现为了
所谓的矜持与害怕…..选择等待….
选择放弃….选择错过…
不敢接受爱我的人的情感也不肯去追求心动的对象
只是偷偷希望对方能主动
难怪…会这麽的寂寞….这是因为….
不给别人也不给自己…任何的机会…
但是….在这个大家都那麽脆弱的时代
或许男男女女都选择了沉默
我们在暧昧的界线中游走
不太近也不太远….在若有若无的
暗示中期盼对方的回应…
我们都要学著更温柔….对爱我们或我们爱的人…
认真接受...认真付出..遗憾与後悔比什麽都让人难过
别让幸福….又由身边流失了…..

In a university commencement address several years ago, Brian Dyson, CEO of Coca Cola Enterprises, spoke of the relation of work to one's other commitments:
"Imagine life as a game in which you are juggling some five balls in the air. You name them work, family, health, friends and spirit and you're keeping all of these in the air. You will soon understand that work is a rubber ball. If you drop it, it will bounce back.
But the other four balls family, health, friends and spirit are made of glass. If you drop one of these, they will be irrevocably scuffed, marked, nicked, damaged or even shattered. They will never be the same. You must understand that and strive for balance in your life. How?Don't undermine your worth by comparing yourself with others. It is because we are different that each of us is special.
Don't set your goals by what other people deem important. Only you know what is best for you.
Don't take for granted the things closest to your heart. Cling to them as they would be your life, for without them, life is meaningless.

期末啦，加油哦

      虽然每天都来偶的blog，在夜深人静的时候也总会有很多的思绪，想来写些东西......可是又总是没有成一篇文章......
      期末了，没有什么感觉和状态就走到了期末，已经很多天了，自习室的位子都很难占，找到位子又会坐不住......
      已经考过两门了，international economic relations 和 international financial management，all carried in English。还有六门，时间满紧的，希望散了一个学期的心能收回来好好学习，应付一下考试，考的好一点，以后就会轻松一些。
      还有20来天就回家啦，想想这个就会比较高兴，呵呵，希望大家都能坚持过这几天，好好休息，考好每一门课，然后开心的回家过年哦！

关于护肤品里的乳化剂

早就看到枣枣的方法了，今天才试了一下现在用的几款，换水真麻烦呢，不过结果还算好啦——
含乳化剂的：资生堂美白乳液（不过我觉得这与它是乳液有关，所以会把水搞浑浊……乳液的乳是不是就是指乳化剂呢？）
不含乳化剂的：资生堂保湿美白霜
                    艾菲强力补水润肤霜
                    雅芳防晒保湿露（SPF15的）
                   玫琳凯护手霜

真实与谎言

先上岸的谎言偷偷穿上真实的衣服不肯归还
固执的真实死也不肯穿上谎言的衣服
只好一丝不挂光溜溜地走回家

却怎么也无法接受赤裸裸的真实

很多事情好象真的是这样......
但是我们会依旧向往真实,不是么?

Everyday is a gift ——a story to live by

每一天都是上天赐予的礼物，珍惜我们所拥有的，用心生活~~

My brother-in-law opened the bottom drawer of my sister's bureau and lifted out a tissue-wrapped package. "This," he said, "is not a slip. This is lingerie." He discarded the tissue and handed me the slip. It was exquisite; silk, handmade and trimmed with a cobweb of lace. The price tag with an astronomical figure on it was still attached. "Jan bought this the first time we went to New York, at least 8 or 9 years ago. She never wore it. She was saving it for a special occasion. Well, I guess this is the occasion." He took the slip from me and put it on the bed with the other clothes we were taking to the mortician. His hands lingered on the soft material for a moment, then he slammed the drawer shut and turned to me. "Don't ever save anything for a special occasion. Every day you're alive is a special occasion."

I remembered those words through the funeral and the days that followed when I helped him and my niece attend to all the sad chores that follow an unexpected death. I thought about them on the plane returning to California from the Midwestern town where my sister's family lives. I thought about all the things that she hadn't seen or heard or done. I thought about the things that she had done without realizing that they were special.

I'm still thinking about his words, and they've changed my life. I'm reading more and dusting less. I'm sitting on the deck and admiring the view without fussing about the weeds in the garden. I'm spending more time with my family and friends and less time in committee meetings. Whenever possible, life should be a pattern of experience to savor, not endure. I'm trying to recognize these moments now and cherish them.

I'm not "saving" anything; we use our good china and crystal for every special event-such as losing a pound, getting the sink unstopped, the first camellia blossom. I wear my good blazer to the market if I feel like it. My theory is if I look prosperous, I can shell out $28.49 for one small bag of groceries without wincing. I'm not saving my good perfume for special parties; clerks in hardware stores and tellers in banks have noses that function as well as my party-going friends'.

"Someday" and "one of these days" are losing their grip on my vocabulary. If it's worth seeing or hearing or doing, I want to see and hear and do it now. I'm not sure what my sister would have done had she known that she wouldn't be here for the tomorrow we all take for granted. I think she would have called family members and a few close friends. She might have called a few former friends to apologize and mend fences for past squabbles. I like to think she would have gone out for a Chinese dinner, her favorite food. I'm guessing--I'll never know.

It's those little things left undone that would make me angry if I knew that my hours were limited. Angry because I put off seeing good friends whom I was going to get in touch with-someday. Angry because I hadn't written certain letters that I intended to write--one of these days. Angry and sorry that I didn't tell my husband and daughter often enough how much I truly love them.
