Are you a strong software development manager looking for a change? Are you a very experienced development lead looking for the next step? Do you want to be part of the most exciting changes at the history of Microsoft Research Asia? If yes, this position can be the right one for you. Microsoft Research Asia is teaming up with many Microsoft product groups to form joint development projects in the newly created Advanced Technology Center in Beijing. This will result in shipping cutting-edge technologies in future Microsoft products. We are looking for strong Development Lead to help build and lead a dynamic, fast-paced development team that’s responsible for delivering all features and components identified. In this position you will work with development, test, and PM in the product group partner team, as well as ATC project QA and PM to identify features, define interfaces, prioritize task items, track schedule, and deliver results. Possible ATC projects you will work on are in the following areas: Natural Language Processing, Internet Media, Speech, Media Computing, Media Management, Visual Computing, User Interface, Wireless and Networking, Internet Graphics.

职位要求：
l A minimum of 5 years of experience in designing, leading and shipping products during complete product cycle for at least one commercial product;
l Full understanding of the software development cycle;
l Demonstrated track record of leading a highly talented development team; work well with QA and PM;
l Strong development skills, project management skills, and excellent organizational, communication, and motivational skills;
l "Lead by example" attitude and passion about shipping high quality products.
l A BA/BS in Computer Science or related technical discipline is required.
