Are you a strong software development manager looking for a change? Are you an experienced development lead looking for the next step? Advanced Technology Center in Beijing is teaming up with many Microsoft product groups in Redmond to deliver cutting-edge technologies in future Microsoft products. We are looking for strong Development Manager to help build and manage a dynamic, fast-paced development team that's responsible for delivering all features and components identified. In this position you will work with development, test, and PM in the product group partner team, as well as ATC project QA and PM to identify features, define interfaces, prioritize task items, track schedule, and deliver results.

Candidates should experience in the following areas:

a) In-depth experience with embedded device such as WinCE, Symbian, etc. solid development experience developing device driver and application for embedded device.

b) Familiar with 2.5G and 3G network, GSM, GPRS, WCDMA, HSPDA, UMTS, WiMAX, VoIP, multi-radio and multi-networking, IPv6, Video Telephony, etc.

c) Experience on video codec and streaming, MPEG-1, MPEG-2, MPEG-4, WMV/WMA, H.263 video compression technologies, as well as 3GPP, ASF, RTP would be big pluses.

职位要求：
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in designing, managing and shipping products during complete product cycle for at least one commercial product;

2. Full understanding of the software development cycle;

3. Demonstrated track record of managing a highly talented development team; work well with QA and PM;

4. Strong development skills, project management skills, and excellent organizational, communication, and motivational skills;

5. "Lead by example" attitude and passion about shipping high quality products;

6. A BA/BS in Computer Science or related technical discipline is required.
