职位任务：
Come to join the Advanced Technology Center (ATC) in Beijing and help to develop cutting-edge technologies. ATC is a new division in Microsoft Research Asia (MSRA) announced on Nov.3, 2003. It will focus on further developing innovations produced in the lab. The ATC will enable MSRA to work with a larger number of technologies and accelerate technology transfer to Microsoft? product groups.

The candidate will be responsible for defining and implementing parts of systems of graphics and multimedia, wireless and networking, user interface, and information processing.
职位要求：
l a minimum of 2 years experience in software development for a released product.
l Previous research or system development experience in the above areas desired
l Strong analytical, design, debugging skills. Experience with Windows API's, and proficiency in C++, COM required. Proficiency in C# and Microsoft.Net technologies is a big plus.
l Strong oral and written communication skills required.
l A BS in Computer Science or related discipline required.
